These terms apply to drivers (car owners) who use bestautorepair.online (the "Website") to find garages, read reviews and write reviews. Garage owners have separate Terms for garage owners. Personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

The Website is a free directory of car repair shops. You do not need an account to browse garages, display phone numbers or write a review. The Operator is not a party to any agreement between you and a garage and does not provide repair services.
Garage data comes from the garages and from users. We take care of its quality but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or accurate, including opening details, services and prices. Confirm important details with the garage before you visit.
Do not use bots or automated tools to copy the Website's content or to submit forms, and do not try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Website.
The Website is free for drivers and may change or be unavailable at times. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not responsible for the quality of services provided by garages or for content added by users, and is liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Rights that cannot be excluded by law, including those of consumers, are not affected.
