Terms for garage owners

These terms govern the garage owner features of bestautorepair.online (the "Website"): creating an account, adding garages, editing listings and claiming listings. They are separate from the Privacy policy and from the Terms for drivers, which apply to drivers who use the Website.

1. Operator

The Website is operated by DobryMechanik.pl Sp. z o.o., ul. Dobrogojskiego 30A, 61-692 Poznań, Polska (NIP 9721210206, KRS 0000352554, REGON 301363304). Contact: [email protected].

2. Account

• To manage a garage listing you create an account with your name, e-mail address and password. You confirm the e-mail address with the link we send you.
• The data you give must be true. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so keep your password secret and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
• One account is for one person or business. Your account is not visible to other visitors.

3. Garage listings

• You may add or manage only a garage that you own or are authorised to represent.
• Listing data (name, address, phone number, website, description, car brands, services) must be accurate, lawful and not misleading. Do not publish personal data of other people, advertising unrelated to the garage, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• You give the Operator a free, non-exclusive right to publish and display the data you enter on the Website for as long as the listing exists.
• A garage added by a logged-in owner is published immediately. A garage added without an account is published after an administrator approves it.

4. Claiming an existing listing

You may ask to take over a listing that is already in the catalogue. An administrator checks every claim, and you can edit the listing only after the claim is approved. A claim that is false or made in bad faith is rejected and may lead to blocking the account.

5. Moderation

The Operator may correct, hide or remove a listing, and may block an account, that breaks these terms or the law, contains false data, or is used for spam or abuse. Where reasonable we tell you why.

6. Reviews

Reviews are written by drivers. You must not write, buy or order reviews of your own garage, or reviews of competitors, and you must not pressure drivers to remove honest reviews. The Operator may remove reviews that break the Terms for drivers.

7. Free service, availability and liability

• The Website is free for garage owners. We do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or that a listing will bring customers.
• The Operator is not a party to agreements between garages and drivers and is not responsible for the quality of repair services or for content added by users.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Rights that cannot be excluded by law, including those of consumers, are not affected.

8. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

9. Ending use

You can stop using the Website at any time and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]. The Operator may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.

10. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top; for changes that matter to you we inform account holders by e-mail. These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where they live.
